Between the length of my stays and having limited space to store my belongings, I’ve resorted to keeping most of my things in my suitcases, only using an apartment’s storage space for everyday items or clothes that need hanging up in a closet to stop creasing.

I knew that I would be spending time moving around and subletting before I found my own apartment, and I also knew that it would be tough to find space for my things amongst the apartment renter’s belongings.
