Name: Tuva & Lars Location: Tøyen — Oslo, Norway What we love most about our apartment, and one of the main reasons we bought it four years ago, is the light. It’s a third floor south-west facing apartment with windows on three sides. Lots of windows. And lots of light throughout the day. It makes the apartment feel airy and fresh.

Set your DVRs, because there are tons of new design shows debuting in 2016—many with familiar faces. People announced this week that we’ll see the return of Nate Berkus to TV—but this time, we get husband Jeremiah Brent, too (and adorable daughter, Poppy). Married To Design: Nate & Jeremiah debuts this fall on TLC, and will follow the family in their home as they help people turn their money pits into dream homes.

Name: Lianna Utley Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Size: 900 Square Feet Years lived in: 5 years We first got to see a peek of Lianna’s lovely Milwaukee loft in her house call. Now with a longer look, it’s obvious this home is a great mix of contrasts: rough brick and flirty florals; open loft space but cozy seating arrangements.
