The time for spring cleaning is officially upon us, but a well-known Hollywood star has plans to partake in this annual tradition on a much grander scale. “Die Hard” actor Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Hemming recently placed their Parrot Cay mansion on the market for $33 million.
Represented by Turks & CaicosSotheby’s International Realty, the 13,500 square-foot estate sits on seven acres of land on a private COMO Parrot Cay Resort, which means access to tons of fancy amenities like concierge services, water sports and more. The main house has 5000 square feet of space and houses five bedrooms, plus there are two three-bedroom guest villas. In total, that’s 11 bedrooms, 13 full bathrooms and one partial bath.
A 6,800-square-foot deck near the main house surrounds one of the property’s four pools. The luxurious master suite encompasses the entire second floor, which features wraparound terraces and obviously plenty of ocean views. Each of the guest rooms has its own private deck.
