Changing Hardwired Light to Plug-In?

Q:Hello, I have a concrete ceiling in my condo so I’m unable to to install a hardwired light. I’ve found a number of flush ceiling lights that I like and was wondering whether it might be possible to change the light to a plug-in. Has anyone ever tried this before?
