Barbie may have had her Malibu Dream House first, but supermodel Cindy Crawford’s draws a close second. Now, the sprawling four-bed, three-bath beach home Crawford shared with her husband Rande Gerber ison the market for $7.495 million, and it’s officially giving us a fresh dose of summer inspiration.

“International supermodel Cindy Crawford has called it quits on Malibu. Well, sorta,” Erik Gunther, realtor.com’s celebrity real estate expert tells Apartment Therapy. “She’s selling a smaller, more modest beach house in Malibu that she owns with Rande Gerber. Used as a rental, the couple has put the waterfront beach bungalow on the market for $7.5 million. The ocean views and charming aesthetics—almost—make up for the $3,000 per square foot price tag.”

Built in 1974, the 2,413-square-foot home is a Spanish-style bungalow tucked at the end of a private gated road just north of Broad Beach. Freshly renovated, guests step inside to the sun-drenched great room, where high wood ceilings tower over the sitting and dining areas, and wide-plank wood floors run throughout. A gourmet kitchen features granite counters, top-of-the-line appliances and a breakfast bar, while a wall of custom glass sliders opens out to a wood deck that’s ideal for enjoying beach sunsets with friends.

楼上,主人套房有美化市容could want, like a cozy fireplace, custom built-ins, and a spa-like master bath with a jacuzzi and French doors that open out to a spacious wood sun deck that overlooks the crashing waves. On the first floor, an office space with a private interior courtyard is the perfect spot to get some work done, or it could easily be converted into an extra bedroom. But of course, the extensive beach frontage and breathtaking Pacific Ocean views are the crown jewel of this impeccably-designed property. It’s no wonder the couple has made $45,000 per month on the property as a rental!

According toVariety, Rande and Cindy bought the home all the way back in the late ’90s for $1.89 million, which means if they score their $7.5 million asking price, they’re in to make a bundle. Of course, the duo are picking through the couch cushions for change—they recently sold a much larger Malibu compound for a whopping $45 million, realtor.com reports.
