When Lee Tilghman moved from New York City to Los Angeles a little over two years ago, she initially rented another apartment. But the buildingthisKoreatown apartment is located in had great bones, Art Deco details, “amazing light and was central to everything I wanted to get to in LA,” says Lee. So she made the move to where she lives now! A recipe developer and wellness blogger, Lee believes that what you put in your body affects how you feel. And she knows your home is important for wellness, too.
“The space that I live in plays a huge role in my wellness journey. It’s very important for me to have a safe, clean, de-cluttered and bright space with natural light. Plants also help a ton, too.”
Lee has struggled with many health issues along her journey to wellness, which is how she ended up starting her blogLee From America. She shares nutritious recipes as well as healthy living inspiration, and has amassed a large following onInstagram.
