它可能看起来像一个世纪已经过去,但它不是’t all that long ago that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were the holy grail of Hollywood couples. And while they’ve both moved on to greener pastures, their exquisite taste in real estate still holds strong. That’s why you may remember the couple’s stunning former Beverly Hills estate, which has just hit the market for a whopping $49 million. With a price tag like that, it’s officially the most expensive home onrealtor.com, and with good reason.

“Everyone loves a blast from the past. So much so that a historic Beverly Hills mansion formerly owned by Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt is now on the market for $49 million,” Erik Gunther, realtor.com’s celebrity real estate expert tells Apartment Therapy. “The not-so-modest estate boasting 12 bathrooms, a private spa and a new tennis court ranks as our most expensive new listing of the week and the A-list couple played a major role in the mansion’s makeover.”

建于1934年的“基尔医生和海德先生”明星Fredric March, the five bedroom property is an iconic Beverly Hills home tucked behind gates for extra privacy. Originally designed by Wallace Neff, known for his trademark California style, the home features over 12,000 square feet of luxurious living space.

Arrive at the main house’s entry, and you’re welcomed by lush landscaping and mature trees overhead. Spacious living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows stream in natural light, while a gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and checkered marble floors has an eat-in area that’s ideal for any busy family. An expansive dining room seats up to 20 guests, and a bar room with rich beamed ceilings and the original fireplace easily converts into a screening room with a digital projector.

Upstairs, there are four en-suite bedrooms, as well as a private exercise room. The master suite feels like a luxe resort in itself, with a wall of French doors that opens out to a terrace overlooking the mature trees and grassy yard. It also features a fireplace, a massive walk-in closet area, and a spa-like master bath with stunning architectural details.

On the lower level, a spacious bar and sitting room opens out to a large swimming pool and outdoor living area with a cozy fireplace for warm evenings, embracing the indoor/outdoor living aesthetic. There’s also a newly-built tennis court with a tennis pavilion, and a modern second-story guest house with a large terrace overlooking the court.

Pitt and Aniston originally purchased the property for $12.5 million back in 2001, but sold it to ahedge funderfor $22.5 million in 2006 after they split the year before.
