So much so that a historic Beverly Hills mansion formerly owned by Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt is now on the market for $49 million,” Erik Gunther, realtor.com’s celebrity real estate expert tells Apartment Therapy. “The not-so-modest estate boasting 12 bathrooms, a private spa and a new tennis court ranks as our most expensive new listing of the week and the A-list couple played a major role in the mansion’s makeover.”
