Recently, we let you in on a few goodreasons to live in the Southeast, and now here’s an even more tempting reason to pack up and head to a rapidly expanding part of the country. According to the real estate grapevine,桑德拉·布洛克最近上市泰碧岛use for $6.5 million.

Offering 3,360 square feet of beachfront bliss, the gorgeous home off the coast of Georgia boasts seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms and sits on a little less than three acres. While the pad allows for plenty of privacy, it’s also a half-hour drive from downtown Savannah.

Inside, the home’s lower level features a light-flooded, double-height living area with exposed wood ceilings, wood flooring, a ton of windows and a fireplace. The charming dining area is outfitted with a gourmet kitchen. Rounding out the downstairs space is a master suite complete with its own sitting area.

The upper level features three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. But the highlight of this space is undoubtedly the screened porch where you can easily take in the island views and the breeze. Additional amenities include a basketball court, a pool, a gym and private beach access.

Odds are that owning a spot like this means overnight visitors will be clamoring for a stay, and thanks to the home’s separate 2,848 square foot guest house, anyone invited over will most certainly feel comfortable (but hopefully not so much that they overstay their welcome). The space comes with a grill and a game room, plus a crow’s nest for taking in stunning views of the ocean.

The property absolutely qualifies as a head-turner, and Bullock stands to turn a profit with the sale. Back in 2001, the “Bird Box” actress paid approximately $1.5 million for the home. Since 2017, she’s also used it as a rental property that fetches $1,400 a night.
