Things we love about this property crush:

Ohhh, sothisis why folks move to the suburbs. This tri-level Westchester condo feels like a cozy country retreat, but is actually within walking distance to everything you’d miss about the city (including a train to the city itself!)

First, there’s a yard. How dreamy is that? And it’s all decked out with pretty landscaping and mature trees. Step up the stone walkway and enter the home. There’s a handsome living space with hardwood flooring (this runs throughout the home), a wood-burning fireplace, and built-in bookshelves. In fact, the entire room is surrounded by books, which feels as if you’re in your own private library. This room leads seamlessly into a dedicated dining room with plenty of space for a big gathering and French doors that lead to an outdoor space. There’s crown molding and wallpaper in here, too. Wind your way to the kitchen, which feels almost like a French country home with dusty-blue cabinets, rich tiling, and a farmhouse sink surrounded by marble countertops. There’s even a built-in China hutch. A door off this room also leads to the outdoors.

Upstairs, there’s a master bedroom that feels more like a fancy bed and breakfast with loads of space and light, plus beautiful crown molding. Here, you’ll also find a second bedroom. But on this level, the bathroom steals the show with marble tiling, a skylight, and soaking tub. The third level has a small bedroom (or perhaps an office) and a full bath.

And a big bonus: The lower level of the home offers an additional 400 square feet of finished space with elevated ceilings. This would be the ideal rec room or guest bedroom.

Finally, the outdoor space feels private and serene. There’s even a tri-level wraparound porch and plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxing.
