In the latest installment of “We *So* Wanna Live Here,” Melissa McCarthy’s Toluca Lake bungalow is back on the rental market. Though it might be a bit outside our price range; the comedian is asking would-be tenant(s) to shell out $10,000 a month. To put that number in perspective, it’s more than theannual hidden costs of homeownership. With the in flow of cash, McCarthy could easily support herdollar store shopping habitand probably have a bit left over each month.

So, what can this absolutely lucky tenant expect from making a temporary resting place out of McCarthy’s digs? With 2,167 square feet of space, the gated single-level home was built in 1939 and has three bedrooms (one of which the actress referred to as “the world’s tiniest) and three bathrooms. A large wood-burning fireplace and a bay window accentuate the living area. The master suite boasts a walk-in closet and a spacious “spa-like” bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub. There’s also an updated dine-in gourmet kitchen stocked with high-end appliances, plus there’s a connected family and dining room area. The home also comes with a swimming pool, a BBQ and a cabana.

McCarthy’s personal touches are prevalent throughout the home. One of the most notable examples of the comedian’s design ideas include a two-car garage-turned-living room, a project completed she completed with her husband. The space carries the theme of comfort from the rest of the home, with its own separate air conditioning and bathroom. And asRealtor.comnotes, the overall aesthetic fits the character of the home thanks to its “floral wallpaper, brightly colored art and furnishings, and comfortable yet stylish furniture.”
